The staff were fantastically friendly and welcoming and were only too happy to help with recommending places to eat / visit and direct us when we were leaving on the quickest route to the station. The hotel itself was charming, full of character and decorated to a high standard. But what really sets this apart is the people and their attitude and helpfulness. A lovely little find and one I highly recommend to anyone staying in Brighton.

I loved a multi-channel television, a coffee machine, and a seating area in the good-sized room. The bed was large, I slept like a baby.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with friendliness and helpfulness by the staff. Straight away we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which gave us a partial side sea view and was a lot bigger than the original room we booked. That was a nice surprise, particularly as it was my partner's birthday. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. The hotel rooms are all decorated with an original theme and really did feel like home from home. Breakfast was lovely with a cold breakfast selection and a cooked to order menu. The location of the hotel was excellent within walking distance to the lanes, pier and main shops and restaurants. I would not heistate in coming back to stay again.

Lovely hotel and room. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Everywhere very modern and spotless
Lovely bedroom, but slightly on small side, and was spoilt a little by the awful view from window. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The hotel had a perfect and amazing location within walking distance of Victoria Gardens. The area was cozy, very close to bustling bars and shops. The artwork in the corridors, stairwells, and in the rooms was lovely. There was a lovely square by the i360.
